What is Coor ID?

Coor ID is your personal account ensuring a smooth and safe log in-solution to the digital world of Coor. One account gives you access to several Coor applications using your company email address.

What applications are available from Coor?

Coor manages the following applications:

  • SimplyByCoor
  • Pre-Approval
  • Service Portal
  • Food By Coor

When do I use Coor ID?

Any time a Coor app requires a Coor ID login, you need to use your Coor ID.

How do I sign up for Coor ID?

You sign up for a Coor ID in the process of signing up for an app that uses Coor ID. You will be guided by the sign-up process of each app.

What personal data do we handle?

We only collect personal data that are necessary for us to deliver our service to you as a user. This include, for example, name and e-mail address. Furthermore, we might collect technical data about the devices where you use our services; such as type of browser and cookie information. 

We also collect data when you contact us (when for example you submit a service request); data such as time of contact and your contact details.

How is my personal data used by the Coor apps?

Coor always place your interests first – your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We are very restrictive in how data is collected and which data we store and share about our users.

Your personal data is shared between the Coor apps that are connected to your Coor ID. 

In general, we use the data to:

  • enable you to login with a central user account to digital services within the Coor Group
  • investigate and prevent abuse of our services, including attempts to bypass our security measures
  • direct and focus our resources on improving our product in the areas that are most important to our users through analysing which functionalities users most actively utilise
  • being able to communicate with you when you have contacted us, such as when you have submitted a service request to us or ordered food or drinks

Where is my personal information stored?

Our Coor ID Universal Login application and other Coor apps are hosted on EU servers. 

Can I delete my Coor ID?

Your Coor ID will automatically be deleted if you have not logged in for 12 months. This will be preceded by a notification warning sent out by email after 11 months. You can also delete your Coor ID at any time. To do that, please contact us by sending an email with your request to customer.identity@coor.com.
